WHICH KIND OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Our site accepts the circuit of payment Paypal to guarantee safe purchasing. If you already hold a Paypal account, you can just insert your e-mail and password. Otherwise, you can use your credit card.

– 3/4 working days without personalization;

– 5/6 working days with personalization.

Foreign countries:

HOW TO PERSONALIZE YOUR SHINING TAG

Just to make your bag more exclusive, during your purchace you can personalize your shining tag with a name, a short text or an image created just for you!

In the personalization area select “image” to display all available images, or “text” to write your name/text.

After the personalization, proceed with your purchase!

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PERSONALIZE THE BAG WITH ONE OF MY IMAGES?

Unfortunately you can’t put any image on your bag. Your can just choose a name, a short text or an image specially created for your Light me on bag.

HOW LONG DOES THE BAG LIGHTING LAST?

Lighting time depends on the recharge capacity of your power bank.

The more powerful your power bank is, the more lasting your bag lighting will be. The bigger capacity of your power bank will allow you to recharge the battery of your smartphone anywhere you are.

IS MY POWER BANK COMPATIBLE?

You can use every kind of power bank. If you still don’t have any power bank, you can buy it together with your Light me on bag.

WHAT ABOUT ITEM CONDITION POLICY FOR RETURNS?

According to the rules, you have 14 days from the receipt of the item to back out of the contract.

If you want to get the return form, write an e-mail to amministrazione@lightmeon.com, writing down your order number. Send the form you drew up to the same e-mail.

You have 14 days from the e-mail sending to return the goods. Costs of shipment will be paid by you. The goods can be returned by courier or by second-class mail writing down the order number on the consignment note and attaching a proof of online purchase.

The bag should be returned in the original packaging, should not be damaged or dirty, and should be sent back with any other accessories (cotton sack included). There should not be evidence of prolonged use.

Bags should not be returned if they could not be sold again. Depending on the method of payment you did before, the repayment will be made by Paypal or by new credit on your credit card.

The repayment will be credited after the receipt of the returned goods.

TILL WHEN CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you buy a bag without personalization, you can cancel your order from your account until the shipment takes place.

You can not cancel your order instead, if you choose a personalized bag.

WHAT DOES IT HAPPEN AFTER YOUR PURCHASE?

After your purchase you will receive an e-mail with all information about your order and the invoice.
